How is my 2015?

Today is Tuesday, 29 December 2015, which means two days later it is officially New Year!! Okay, let's see what I actually did in 2015. I always have this kind of feeling, the things happened in first half of the year of 2015 just like it happened in 2014. Have to work on 31 Dec so I should blog about this now if not later I will become so lazy just like last year. Maybe I should put be hardworking in my 2016 resolution, lol

Graduated

I don't really talk about my study life because I think it is not something proud of to share. But yes I managed to graduate thanks to all the people that help me a lots. After all those study years it just turn out into a piece of paper. People been asking me what I do after I graduated? I, myself also didn't have any idea so I work part time job as cashier and later changed to full time because not worth to work as part time at that company. Later, I can't stand more due to the long shift so I changed my job again at another company working as Retail Assistant till now. I love this company because of the people and pretty like this job too. I always said to myself 'Do what you like, love what you do.'

People asked me why I didn't choose job that are related to my course?

Because do what you like and love what you do. 

Choosing this course is something that I regret most in my life, I suck at Accounting but I take Accounting as my major, my mum also asked me why? I didn't even know myself. I should stop here if not I will emo for the whole day again. Kindly reminder choose your future carefully.

Album 

 

Big achievement because I bought total of four albums compared to last year, HAHA. Girls spent money on make up things but for me music is my life. My dad saw my albums and asked why I bought original album so expensive leh. Because I want to support them. They are working so hard and working for so long just to let their fans heard their hard work = music. Producing an album is not an easy task so if I can afford I bought if not I just save money and bought it one day. 

In Sibu, I only discover one shop that sold original album but quite less selection to choose so sad. So I have to order online, so expensive and some are including postage and some are not. The postage cost quite a lot if deliver to East Malaysia. Sometimes I asked my sister to help me check at Kuching whether have this album or not. It would cause trouble and inconvenient to her too because she was busy with her work.

Please, people support original album, okay?

Super Junior 

 

Super Junior, Happy 10th Anniversary!! This year, Kibum announced leaving Super Junior but for us ELF, we still believe in Super Junior 13. Members also support Kibum hoping he success in his acting career. It is not easy to stay until 10 years together. But they did it.

Yesung leave the army and now actively participate in Super Junior K.R.Y activities and also have his first debut acting career in drama while Sungmin and Shindong is still in army. This year is a heartbreaking year because ELF have to send three members off to army. Eunhyuk, Donghae and Siwon, the Korea's SHE. My Hyuk is doing well in army but ELF most worry about Donghae. He is just like baby to us, without Hyuk by his side T_T Always needed to count how many members left when someone asked me.

Looking back at my 2015 Resolution suppose to go to Super Show 6 in Malaysia but don't have Malaysia tour so sad but Singapore have just that I am not financially stable enough to go to Singapore, just talk about the currency already die x_x But this year I managed to make it to Super Junior K.R.Y Asia tour 'Phonograph' in Bangkok!!!! My first concert in my life!!! Thinking back about it just made me feel like a dream. K.R.Y is just standing in front of me. Gonna blog about it when I am free, haha. Damn so pain and the headache too due to the 'only girl know the pain.' I always hope been born as a boy.

Travel

Give myself another big clap hand because I earn and use my own money to travel. Went to Kuching around early of July and went to Bangkok this month. I guess I just spend too much this year. Where is my 'spend less, save more' resolution go? Didn't have any plan yet for next year because lack of money, I had used up all of my "property" just to go to Thailand. No joke, okay. So probably next year just stay at home save up more money T_T Give me strength, I need one.

But I promise myself to travel every year, 哎~ life. 

Hoping my 2016 will be another great year, thinking of my 2016 resolution this few day. Hmmm...

Bangkok #3 like finally

Why do I said like finally because we really didn't eat something nice since we landed at Bangkok, we are more busy walking around and shop. 

On day three we had plan to go to Siam area.

It is unusual to see Bangkok is so free from traffic jam. There are few policeman are blocking the road and so many tourist and local people are busy taking picture at the middle of the road, Bangkok road is so big! Zaxy and me still wondering why? Later we will find out.

We always pass by here, so different during day and night time. We finally reach Siam Center and Siam Paragon. We walk around and so hungry so we decided today is the day we love our-self, no more seven eleven food but we still go to seven eleven before heading back to guest house, lol.

We take a break at Siam Paragon, we walk around to look for food. Before we headed to Bangkok, we are so worried that we have nothing to eat because Thai food is like all so spicy one. But we managed to eat too, kind of miss those food right now because I am hungry. High five!

So, we stop by Viet Cuisine at Siam Paragon and order something we found not spicy plus the price is also affordable. No much people on that day so the food is serve fast. We order the same food but different drink, although the price is affordable but the portion is so little, wtf.

The staffs quite many and no much customer so they just stand there like staring at you finish eating all those food so they can take away the plate. We just finish our food and the boss (I guess) asked us can take away our plate and we're like okay. The reason why they take away once you finish is probably the table is so small can't fit all the thing. They take away the plate so that you can enjoy your drink.

Even in Bangkok, my Zaxy is still busy with phone and this is the reason why she is always the slowest one when come to eating but when no phone she is faster than me.

We are so lucky to be able to saw colourful elephant too.

ELEPHANT PARADE BANGKOK 2015 which was held at Siam Paragon on December first to December 18. The exhibition will see a herd of eighty-eight 1.5 metre brightly coloured elephants, which have been decorated and hand painted by artists and celebrities, to be exhibited throughout the city and then auctioned off.

And outside the Siam Center also have different type of elephant, so pretty, right?

Here come the answer to the question why Bangkok is free from traffic jam that day because...

It is #BIKEFORDAD Event on that day in Celebration of His Majesty the King’s 88th Birthday. Fyi, Thai people is very loyal to their King. His Majesty the King is recognized as the "Father of the Thai Nation.” 

His birthday is also observed as Thailand’s National Day and National Father’s Day. This event hope to encourage Thai people from all walks of life to express their gratitude and loyalty to His Majesty on this special occasion as well as to show the unity of Thai people.

No only adult but kid also participate, we saw very cute kid who is trying hard to cycle. Everyone is cheering for him. Me and Zaxy are very high too. The first time I saw so many people cycle.

So close to me.

They also given out free mineral water for everyone, the bottle is just so cute =D We spent the whole afternoon looking at this event. Made me wanna bike too.

Hereby, we end our Siam journey.

Thailand day two

The second day we went to Pratunam Market and Platinum Fashion Mall. 

For us, we prefer Pratunam Market more because the price is cheaper. Platinum Fashion Mall is more high classes and the price is bit pricey. People said Platinum Fashion Mall is upgraded version of Chatuchak Weekend Market. 

Do not spent too much on Platinum Fashion Mall because Chatuchak Weekend Market have more to choose and the price is also cheaper than Platinum.

Both of the mall is also very near just cross sky bridge. The sky bridge is so beautiful during night time. Think of Sapphire Blue, think of Super Junior xD This time we also walk to both mall because very near to our guest house too. By the way, Pratunam Market is actually just below our guest house. 

Zaxy came here for business purpose and I came here initially just to watch concert but since already came to Thailand why not walking around too. Bought some clothes for Chinese New Year too, is that too early? HAHA. Actually not because it is almost end of the year and CNY is early of February.

January will also be a busy month.

Going to Asiatique, The Riverfront is last minute plan. Zaxy's sister who had been to Bangkok before saying that if you don't go to Asiatique it's like not worth going to Bangkok. 

So we also do last minutes plan. We went there around 4 something so the sky is still bright.

FREE SHUTTLE BOAT with Asiatique logo, remember to look for this before on board. One of my co-worker's friend went to Asiatique and after that they charged him which cost thousand of Ringgit Malaysia. But her friend do not paid and report to police as soon as they came back to Malaysia. 

Better watch out not all the people is honest.

On second day we don't really do much just walking around, lol. Just shopping at Pratunam and do some snacks shopping at Asiatique. Some of the snacks at Asiatique is more cheaper compared to Big C such as pocky. 

We always end our trip shopping at 7-11, feel like it a must for us, haha.

Hello Thailand

It's my first time visiting Thailand and this is also my first time on plane. 

So really 2015 I am challenging myself, I don't want when 2015 nearly end and I regret of wasting my 2015. I look through my 2015 resolution every month. Some which I had planned early but because of some reasons and circumstances so the early planned cannot be fulfill.

This is a little promise I set for myself ;

Travel, travel each year no matter far or near.

This year I went to visit Bangkok, Thailand with my lovely Zaxy. We we're quite worried before the trip started because we're both look silly, road stupid again plus the language barrier. Even our friends were so worried about us. 

Zaxy usually travel with her elder sister so she don't need to worry much because her sister plan everything but now she is the elder sister for me. I guess after this trip, it will made both of us independence.

Flying from Sibu Airport to KLIA2

Have a cup of hot cappuccino at Starbucks, it's a must. 

Whenever I got the chance to travel I will order myself a cup of Starbucks. #failedphoto

Priscillia used to it already, well as long as sound like 'Priscillia'. It's fine.

From KLIA2 flying to Don Mueng International Airport, 

finally after 2 hours plus safely reaching Bangkok City.

We then went to apply for SIM Card at a shop named Mapas next to a shop named Magazine. I apply for TrueMove H Prepaid 3G Internet Package. This package cost me 199 baht. Valid for 7 days and up to 1.5GB but the cons is cannot make any phone call, only for internet. Not to worry to find taxi to fetch you all the way to Hotel because after exit follow the crowd to where there is a sign showed taxi. So many people are waiting for taxi, omg! Please be remind that the toll fee is bear by us not the taxi driver. The taxi driver will ask wanna take the toll or not and depend on you. 

Usually take toll less traffic jam but still we reach quite late at our hotel.

We stayed at The Richy Place Guest House which is near to mall like Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, Central World, Gayson Plaza, Big C, Siam area. But all you need to is walk, walk and walk till drop, lol. Me and Zaxy get lost on the first day after shopping at Big C. 

Couldn't find our way back to Guest House. Don't worry when get lost at Bangkok. There is always friendly Thai people asking you want tuk tuk or taxi? If you just went out from market and had a lots of things carry on hand, they will approach you and ask go where? Taxi? or Tuk-tuk? 

When we're taking BTS to next station we're quite confuse with the train line and standing there discuss about which line we should be in. Suddenly a pretty woman approach us and ask where to go and she said we're in the correct line. Thai people are very friendly but some was not, honestly.

On the first day, we plan to visit Central World and if time allowed we also plan to go to Big C. Both mall is near to each other just need to walk across the sky bridge. I did some research on how to go to Central World using BTS Skytrain but our guest house is very near to Central World so we suggest to just walk. Only needed to walk around 15 minutes from our guest house. Although 15 minutes but quite far too!

So I really recommended if you wanna shop til drop then The Richy Place Guest House is recommended as well as First House Hotel too. Both hotel are very near to each other. Just that First House Hotel is more to the street (you can easily see) and The Richy Place Guest House is quite inside and located above the Patunam Market. Some taxi didn't know The Richy Place but when you said The First House, some would probably know. 

But I suggest that there is no needed to choose expensive hotel because mostly you stay outside to shop.

It feel so good to visit places during December because of Christmas season!! Outside the Central World we saw this Disney theme Christmas decoration, even got the tsum tsum. Thai people really did well in decoration. Light are all around the city.

We didn't go in to have a visit because we're in rush to shop, we check in our hotel around 5PM something like that already, we rest and unpack our baggage. We thought of still have chance to visit but after going to Big C we lost and lucky there is taxi nearby so we just use taxi. quite dark and as we are girls we scared too.

Central World is actually quite big, that's the reason why we get lost. HAHA. And we met this Mr. Taxi. After he send us back to guest house, Zaxy asked whether he know Thunder Dome. He said yes and asked us we are going to concert right? We were like waoh, he know so Zaxy asked for the fee and he gave us his business card saying when we need him to fetch us just call. Before the trip I did some research going to Thunder Dome using the bus but Zaxy scared that we might get lost just like today so we decided just to use taxi instead although the fee is quite expensive.

This place is so pretty with light!! Thai people is very respect and loyal to their king so around the Bangkok city besides light all you see is the picture of King. Everyday during 8AM and 6PM, national anthem will be heard so we must stand straight and not moving around. 

Once we're at BTS station and suddenly saw people stop moving and so I remember the fact I read at map given by the guest house owner. So immediately I told Zaxy to stop wandering around and stand straight to show respect too.

We managed to go to Big C too, like Giant or Daesco. So many snacks to buy!! From pocky, lay's, bento, also got Kyuhyun's Masita ♥♥♥ Bought some snacks for my family too~ In Big C, there are few counter only accept cash and maximum of 10 things only, so better look carefully when wanna pay. If not you queue for so long and just discover then waste time only. 

Me and Zaxy bought something from Malaysia to eat and when reach here wtf so many food. We damn scared don't know what to eat because Thai's food are usually all spicy. But don't worry, there are also non-spicy food. There are three 7-11 on the way back to our guest house. Hungry? 7-11!

We love 7-11 so much, lol
