The Kimbap | A Korean Restaurant

Wanted to eat bibimbap since long time ago! Oh yes, bibimbap is a signature Korean dish. Just like when people said Sibu, they would think of Kampua. I often saw on Korea drama, the Korean put everything left over yesterday inside a bowl, stir it and serve to eat. I found it's a cool way to eat like that.

So, before I went to Kuching I did a research of any nice Korean style restaurant and I found one, The Kimbap. My sister recommended me to eat at Koreana cause the boss is a real 100% Korean but I don't know why my sister ended up bring me to The Kimbap. But whatever I fulfill my dream to had Korean food. Maybe next time I should go to Koreana for the next visit. Actually there are other places to visit in Kuching but I only had two days at there.

Mon.-Fri. 10:30-21:00 Sat. 10:30-22:00 Close on Sunday

A very comfortable place, I like the grey -white and shelves design. The shop played Korean songs too and I am so lucky (I guess!) to be able to hear Kyuhyun's song while eating the super spicy food.

The menu (adapted from The Kimbap's official FB) as a reference. Giving you an idea before eating at there.

Sis's Kimchi

Sis's topokki, but sis said Koreana's one is much better, more spicy.

My bulgogi dolsot bibimbap, which was super spicy for me. Keep drinking water!

Left : My Chessy Kimbap | Right : Sis's The Original Kimbap
But the kimbap look same for me even the ingredient and taste also feel same same.

Overall I gave three stars for this restaurant. Maybe I was not used to the spicy taste but their Kimbap really super nice! The uncle sat next to me eat the bibimbap too and he face turned red and he expression look like mine, I guess it is really too spicy! He is more 厉害 cause I don't saw him ordered drink, he just drink the soup provided.

Well... I miss the Kimbap, lol.
